I collect 313's and this is one of the prettiest I have seen. I make ceramics and I find it hard to create glazes like this. Very hard. They are quite complex and once you have layered your piece of ceramic, once you have decorated/coloured/painted it (call it whatever!), you are in the lap of the gods on how the kiln will work and weave it's magic. Or, sometimes not, as is often the case.
This is why this 313 is special. Very special. And completely unique. And beautiful. And a joy to look at and hold. In fact it's perfect. If you like 313's that is and have an eye for quality.
