19th Century ash wood and metal bound chest/trunk.
The chesthas been cleaned inside and finished with Fiddes hard wax oil, so that it is sealed, making it perfectly usable as a superb blanket/linen box. It could also make a coffee table or storage chest. It has four cast iron ladles (two on each side), for easy carrying purposes. This chest would also make a great log/wood basket.
